Ability Awareness Day is on Tuesday, Oct. 29! We are in need of volunteers, canopies and seating for our special Outdoor Library. Please, if you can volunteer for just an hour or for the whole day, you will truly enjoy meeting our wonderful guests and seeing the wonder and merriment on our childre’s faces. Here are the times and position to be filled:
7:30 am to 8 am-Voluteer for set up
2 pm to 2:30 pm-Volunteer for breakdown
7:50 am to 2:45 pm-Volunteers to escort our guests around campus, attend the demos in the auditorium, assist in our Outdoor Library, and take pictures
Items we need:
- Canopies (6)
- Bean bag chairs/lawn chairs/picnic blankets for outdoor seating

Tuesday will also be Mix It Up Lunch Day at McMillin. Student will have the chance to sit by a new friend during lunch. Activities such as this promote acceptance and friendship. Make sure to ask your kids who they sat with!
