Good Morning McMillin Community!
Today’s blog is to encourage you to clean out those closet’s and if possible, donate any shoes you may no longer need. Boy Scout Troop 2001 is collecting shoes to help raise funds!
- Please bag up any and all unwanted shoes.
- Anything that can be worn on feet are accepted including: dress shoes, skates, cleats, sneakers, sandals and flip flops, etc.
- Shoes must be in pairs
- You can tie or buckle them together and place in a trash bag
Please bring shoes to McMillin Elementary by Thursday Dec 19, 2013. All shoes will be cleaned, repaired and recycled to developing nations in need as a low cost alternative to new clothes.
