Dear Parents:
Staff Appreciation Week is being celebrated at McMillin Elementary on May 9th through May 13th. McMillin Elementary School PTA would like to celebrate in a number of ways. We invite you to participate in these events to show gratitude for all that our teachers and staff do to enhance the lives of our children. Please remember that these are only suggestions – feel free to have your child bring what he or she would like.
Suggested Themes:
Monday – Bring a hand written note or picture
Tuesday – Bring a piece of fruit
Wednesday – Bring a yummy treat or candy bar
Thursday – Bring a flower to brighten their day
Friday – Today is your day to bring any kind of gift
Also, the PTA will be hosting a staff appreciation luncheon on Friday, May 13th. We would like to have an “Appreciation Drawing” and we would love to see that each staff member gets a gift. If you would like to donate a gift or gift cards for this drawing, please bring them to the school PTA box located in the front office, with your name noted on the donation, no later than next Wednesday, May 11th, 2016. All items donated will be distributed randomly to the staff in this drawing.
