SWEET Opportunity for Middle School Girls Interested in STEM
The San Diego Society of Women Engineers is hosting its annual program for 6th- to 8th-grade girls: Society of Women Engineers Exploring Technology (SWEET). This year’s theme is “Dare to Be A Force of Nature.”
The April 22 event on the UCSD campus provides a half-day workshop full of engineering-related, hands-on activities as well as an informative workshop for interested parents and educators about how to encourage girls in STEM.
