The McMillin Elementary PTA is excited to be hosting a Spring Carnival on
Friday, May 12th at 5pm – 8pm.
This is a fundraiser for our school! But more importantly, we want our McMillin family to have a great time! There will be lots of carnival games to play, as well as face painting, a tattoo shop, and other great games, events and booths!
We are excited to be having FOOD TRUCKS coming again to our event. The food trucks will be taking payment at their locations – either cash or credit card.
All other games will be using a punch card ticket system. Games and booths will vary in ticket prices ranging from 1 ticket to 5 tickets.
We hope to have a special vendor area this year. There are many parents who have small businesses. We are excited to highlight many local small businesses this year. Look for this new area at our carnival!
There will also be a SILENT AUCTION at the carnival with lots of great silent auction baskets on display and available to bid on. Auction will close at 7:30pm. Many thanks to all the parent and local business donations. THANK YOU for supporting McMillin Elementary.

There are still ways for you to help!
1. Tuesday, May 8th – we are assembling the silent auction baskets beginning at 8:30am in the auditorium. Many hands make light work! Come join us for this fun, creative time – working together with other school parents!
2. Shade tents – we will need some shade tents for the day of. If you are able to lend us your shade tent, please drop it off in the auditorium on Friday morning. Make sure you have your name and phone number on the tent so it can be returned to the proper families!
3. SET UP – this is a biggest area of need – We will begin setting up the carnival booths on Friday at 1:30pm. If you are able to volunteer any time on Friday afternoon, WE CAN USE YOU! Please come and join us. We really do need you to help us make this evening great.
