Hanover Survey

parent surveyDear Parents/Guardians:

We want to inform you that we will be conducting an online parent survey which will end on March 20th, 2015.

With this survey, we hope to learn more about your experiences and your child(ren’s) experiences at school during this school year with teachers, administrators, students, and other District staff. All responses are anonymous and will never be connected to you – your answers will be kept strictly confidential. Reporting will rely on grouped percentages only.

If both parents/guardians in a household would like to take the survey, that is fine. However, we ask that each adult only take the survey once, and do so by March 20th, 2015. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the survey, please contact the District’s Operations Department at (619) 425-9600, ext. 1325.

Click on a link below or cut and paste into your browser to complete the parent survey:

parent-teacher-conference1Happy Monday Everyone!

It’s been a busy two weeks since my last blog post and truth be told the next two weeks will be even more busy! Soccer and basketball games will take place. Field trips for our Kinder and 6th graders, Idol Show practice, ELAC meeting, assemblies and of course the start of Parent-Teacher Conferences. With so much going on please make sure to communicate with your teachers if you have any questions.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

As mentioned earlier parent-teacher conferences officially begin on Thursday, March 12. As a result students will be dismissed at 1:15 pm from March 12 thru March 20. Please make note of this in your schedules. You can look forward to speaking to your child’s teacher about their progress, as well as ways to support them at home. If you haven’t received notification from your teacher please contact them as soon as possible. You can also contact me directly at Jorge.mora@cvesd.org and I will help you arrange a time to speak to your child’s teacher.
