Hybrid Instructional Model starts April 12th
The Chula Vista Elementary School District has announced that its in-person, hybrid instructional model for students will begin on Monday, April 12. Parents can select the in-person hybrid model or keep their child(ren) in distance learning for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year. It would be the first time that schools have reopened to daily instruction since the pandemic forced school closures a year ago.

March 25th – Last day to change to the instructional model for your child
- In-Person Hybrid Model – AM – 8:15-11:00 or PM – 12:15-3:00
- Distance Learning Model– Students can also stay in distance Learning
April 12th – Students return to school in a Hybrid model **with their new class – maybe with new teacher
May 31st – Memorial Day (No School)
June 15th – Last day of school (minimum day)
