We loved welcoming our Beagles back to school today! Words really can’t express the joy we felt! We were thrilled to see lots of smiles and thumbs up as students were heading home! Thank you for entrusting us with the gift of your children!
We wanted to share a few important reminders:
The drop-off window is between 7:45 am and 8:15 am. Please know, if you are driving, you can just use the loops for pick up and drop off from now on, no need to get out of your car. Walkers and Bikers are highly encouraged! Instruction begins at 8:15 every day.
The pick-up window is 2:45-3:10 pm. Your child will be supervised our front for you to pick up until 3:15 pm. After 3:10, your child will be in the office for you to pick up and sign out. (Remember to bring ID). I am hoping that increasing the pick-up window will help with traffic at 2:45 pm. The later you come the easier it will be to get on campus. Traffic is very difficult from 2:40-3:00 pm. Thank you for your patience. Walkers and Bikers are highly encouraged!

Virtual Back-to-School Night
Your child’s teacher will send a link for you to watch their Back-to-School information for you and your child. We went virtual this year to make it easier for parents and families to watch at their own time and not have to leave work, park, and watch the teacher presenting to you. You can view the information together with your child and not have to worry about trying to go to two different classes if you have two or three children at McMillin or trying to keep track of your little one.

Important Dates:
All Fridays are Minimum Days: Kinder pick up at 1:00 at Green Gate. 1st – 6th Grade pick up at 1:15-1:30 both front gates and back gates of the school.
Parent-teacher conferences are minimum Days: September 9th – 17th
Fall Break: September 20th – October 4th *Students return October 5th.
