Hi I have a concern with the new Ruberic ….3 nearly meeting expectations? Employers annual reviews scoring system has been 3 meeting expectations and I manage personnel….in 16 years in employment 3 has always been meeting expectations. Academics are stressful enough for kids and now kids have to strive for 4 to meet goals. I went over with my gradeschooler who does well in school and now stressed and feels
more pressure to be perfect with this new ruberic.
