Dear McMillin Families,
We will be holding our ELAC Board Elections on Thursday, August 21st at 8:30am in the auditorium. If you are interested in adding your name to the ballot for a specific position, please email Crystal Sutton at crystal.sutton@cvesd.org. The positions of the ELAC Board are:

President/Chair: Organizes, convenes, and leads meetings.

Vice-President/Vice-Chair: Serves in the absence of the Chair.

Secretary: Records actions taken at meetings and keeps records.

Parliamentarian: Resolves questions of procedure, uses bylaws and Robert’s Rules of Order.

DELAC Representative: Attends all district meetings and gives report to ELAC committee (2 hour commitment once a month)
If you would like to be involved, but not on the board, we welcome that too! Come to our meetings – open to ALL parents! The are the tentative dates for the whole year are:
